9 posts · Joined 2022. #5 · Aug 14, 2022. I got the same issue when received my new iX 2 weeks ago, go to the service and they reset the software, issue fixed. The service center said the new software update to fix the 2 recalls (airbag etc.) is immature, and has bugs.
